Because I was busy with other matters pressed for time, I ended up only taking about 70 pictures over 3 days, but it worked out; I was able to at least look through some other diptychs online, and get an idea of the different relationships I wanted between the 2 photos before I took mine. The only one that was a "happy accident" is below, originally I wanted the 2 shots to just be lonely, which they still are, but I found the symmetry between the plant overgrowth in these 2 more interesting... the next one, a "green" theme (or green on black in this case) is probably my least favorite, I would have liked to have time to do a lot more same-color object photos to find a better match. The next two both have an often-seen wide shot/close-up combo, the close-up revealing details unseen in the wide, ( cracks in the paint/veins in the petals). I realized after putting them all together I had no vertical shots, which was just coincidence, but I wanted to do one with different sizes and also a portrait, I will try and get that done over the weekend.

*edit* made some portraits of my friend Rebecca on Sunday, I still felt kind of rushed but I'm satisfied with the result

As it turns out I was not satisfied, i made a crop to the left photo and replaced the right one, the first 2 work together but i think i like the balance of the 2nd combo more
